Drone Site Reportage & Construction Progress Monitoring in Nigeria

Pixpectiv gives project owners, contractors and investors a clear view of their sites from the air, every month. Our drone site reportage turns each visit into a dated progress report, so you can see what has been built, what is behind schedule and what needs attention, without travelling to site.

We have documented infrastructure and real estate projects across Nigeria, The Gambia, Sierra Leone and Liberia, for clients including Julius Berger, TAF Africa Global and the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP).

What’s included in every monthly report

  • Aerial progress photos from fixed positions, so each month can be compared side by side
  • Drone video walkthrough of the whole site
  • Ground-level photography of key works, crews and equipment
  • Written progress summary with dates, locations and observations
  • Time-lapse footage built up across the life of the project
  • Final project film at completion, ready for marketing, investors and handover

Who it’s for

  • Contractors and engineers reporting progress to clients and head office
  • Real estate developers keeping buyers and investors updated
  • Oil & gas and energy operators tracking facility works and remediation sites
  • Government agencies and development partners who need independent visual evidence of project delivery
  • Lenders and investors monitoring sites they fund from abroad

How it works

  1. Site briefing. We agree the reporting points, schedule and access requirements with your site team.
  2. Scheduled visits. Our pilots fly the same routes and positions on every visit for consistent comparison.
  3. Processing and reporting. We edit, label and compile the report within 5 working days of each visit.
  4. Secure delivery. Reports, photos and video are delivered to a private online gallery for your project.
  5. Final film. At completion, we produce a full project story from groundbreaking to handover.

Case study: Julius Berger flyovers, Rivers State

Pixpectiv was commissioned by Julius Berger to document road, bridge and flyover construction across Rivers State. We captured the construction of 12 flyovers from inception to completion, using aerial photography, time-lapse and on-ground visuals to record every stage. The result was a complete visual record of the projects for reporting, public communication and the company’s archive.
